Fully insured

We are fully insured. The deadline for complaints for all damages is 8 days. Damages that are reported 8 days after moving will not normally be covered, unless this has not been possible due to storage. Possibly. damage to the TV, radio or other electronics is only covered if it can be shown that we have definitely lost it (this is because we cannot check customers’ systems etc. before moving and because electronics today can break by themselves).

Our prices are always incl. VAT and insurance apply to all days of the week, so there is no weekend supplement.

This is how the payment is made

The total sum insured is DKK 2 million and DKK 50,000 per object. Additional insurance is taken out on valuable items.

Payment for all removals is in cash, possibly via Mobilepay or bank transfer at the end of unloading, unless otherwise agreed when ordering the move.

We reserve the right to renegotiate the price if a task turns out to be more than 50% of what was agreed.


In case of cancellation

Possibly. cancellation of a moving agreement: this rarely happens, but if we are notified a few days in advance, we do not charge a fee. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the agreed time, we reserve the right to demand a fee of DKK 1,000 incl. VAT
